Job Description:

Are you passionate about embedded software and engaging with users and customers? Do you consider software development complete only when a feature runs reliably on the target system? Then this role is for you! In our Operations & Projects team, you will support our customers in configuring and integrating Vector embedded products – from support and technical workshops to troubleshooting and project work. You will bring your expertise in embedded systems to international projects, helping find the best solutions for real-world applications.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Perform error analysis, develop concepts, and support integration with a focus on specific projects or technologies.
2. Enable customers to use our embedded products effectively.
3. Develop our service portfolio for near-product services.
4. Coach customers via phone, email, remote sessions, or on-site.

Your Profile:

1. Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
2. Experience working with technically proficient customers.
3. Programming skills in C and/or C++ for embedded systems.
4. Knowledge of AUTOSAR (Classic and/or Adaptive), Linux, or similar operating systems is desirable.
5. Proficient in German and English.
