Job Description:

Are you passionate about embedded software and engaging directly with users and clients? Do you consider software development complete only when a feature reliably runs in the target system? Then this is the right role for you! In our Operations & Projects team, you will support our customers with configuration and integration of Vector Embedded products, ranging from support and technical workshops to troubleshooting and project work. You will leverage your expertise in embedded systems in international projects to find the best solutions for real-world applications.

Your Tasks:

• Perform error analysis, develop concepts, and support integration with a focus on specific projects or technologies
• Enable customers to use our embedded products effectively
• Develop our service portfolio for product-related services
• Coach customers via phone, email, remote sessions, or on-site

Your Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience working with technically proficient customers
• Programming skills in C and/or C++ for embedded systems
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR (Classic and/or Adaptive), Linux, or similar operating systems is desirable
• Proficiency in German and English
