The Position

You will handle incoming requests for quotations, provide evaluation and technical advice to support Account Managers in Eastern Europe and Germany, and prepare quality bid offers with optimal technical and commercial solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations (technical and commercial) with proposal drawings in coordination with the Account Manager.
• Support sales in developing solutions and quotations for customers.
• Handle customer requests, questions, and updates regarding quotations.
• Verify final orders and sales contracts against quotations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare technical documents (descriptions, drawings) for handover to the project engineering team to start production.
• Maintain good internal relationships with customers, sales, project managers, engineering, and other departments.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Ensure efficient quotes administration.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in relevant industry; commercial experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of industrial power systems products and solutions.
• Willingness to understand the markets and customer needs.
• Understanding of commercial and contract law is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Fluent in Russian and English; German is an advantage.
