Job summary

NAXCON GmbH in Germany is seeking a Fiber Composite Technology Employee to contribute to the manufacture and maintenance of FRP parts in a dynamic engineering environment.

You will work with GRP/CFRP construction methods, assist in development models and prototypes, and handle painting and finishing tasks, supported by a team that values craftsmanship and safety.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a light aircraft builder or workshop manager specializing in FRP construction in aircraft manufacturing with industrial training.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the processing of fiber-reinforced composites and mold making desirable.
• Very good technical understanding and high level of manual dexterity.
• Proficiency with computers and standard Office programs.
• Good written and spoken German; English is a plus.

Requirements
