NAXCON GmbH in Weil am Rhein ist ein führender Ingenieur- und IT-Dienstleister. Für unseren Bereich Fiber Composite Technology suchen wir am Standort Abenberg eine/n Mitarbeiter/in (Vollzeit) für die Fertigung und Instandhaltung von Faser-Verbundbauteilen.

Sie bringen eine passende Ausbildung im FRP-Bau mit, verfügen über gutes technisches Verständnis, Deutschkenntnisse und idealerweise Englisch, sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Leichtflugzeugbauer oder Werkstattleiter im FRP-Bau in der Luftfahrt bzw. gleichwertige Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung.
• Gutes Verständnis für Verarbeitung von FRP-Verbundstoffen und Formenbau von Vorteil.
• Gutes technisches Verständnis und hohe Feinmotorik.
• Gute Computerkenntnisse und MS Office-Anwendungen.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englisch von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Herstellung von Faser-Verbundteilen und Baugruppen aus GRP und CFRP.
• Instandhaltung und Reparatur von Faser-Verbundbaugruppen.
• Unterstützung bei der Produktion von Entwicklungsmodellen und Prototypen.
• Vorbereitung und Lackierung von Teilen und Baugruppen.

Tasks

• Manufacturing of fiber-reinforced composite parts and assemblies using GRP and CFRP construction methods
• Maintenance and repair work on fiber-reinforced composite assemblies
• Assistance in the production of development models and prototypes
• Paint preparation and painting of parts and assemblies

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a light aircraft builder or workshop manager specializing in FRP construction in aircraft manufacturing with industrial training, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge and experience in the processing of fiber-reinforced composites as well as in mold making is desirable
• Very good technical understanding and high level of manual dexterity
• Proficiency with computers and standard Office programs
• Good written and spoken German; English is a plus
