We are currently looking for our client in Worms for a
FCM Project Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordination of technical infrastructure projects at the Worms site.

• Responsibility for areas such as electrical planning, fire protection, safety technology, and/or air conditioning.

• Management of projects in compliance with schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

• Execution of commissioning processes for new systems, including final acceptance without defects.

• Support and optimization of existing systems for energy-efficient and low-maintenance operation, including data and information management.

• Collaboration with on-site service providers, including coordination and monitoring of execution to ensure safe site operations.

• Evaluation of deficiencies in the context of property assessments, considering legal compliance and technical standards.

• Development and implementation of sustainable corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, Supply Engineering, Technical Building Equipment, or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of experience in planning and implementing projects in the field of building technology or electrical engineering.

• Ability to work independently, strong team spirit, creativity, conflict resolution skills, assertiveness, customer orientation, and excellent communication skills.

• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
