Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is two-fold: first, to define, understand, quantify, and explain the metrics being captured for the department. Working withData Leadershipand the Data team leads, the specialist will determine which metrics to capture and measure for progress, and collaborate to define how each metric will be defined and calculated. Second, to build and maintain dashboards and reports for the data department, becoming an expert in visualization technologies such as PowerBI.

The PowerBI Reporting Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using PowerBI. This role works closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.

The specialist is a critical part of the department, defining, capturing, and publishing metrics that ensure continuous improvement and drive adherence to achieving goals.
