You will work with Revenue Management, Commercial Excellence, and Marketing to translate complex data into actionable insights.

You will leverage Power BI and Snowflake, advanced Excel, and SQL to deliver reporting, models, and dashboards, in Agile teams, to support profitable and sustainable growth.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills and hands‑on experience with Snowflake.
• Solid experience building dashboards with Power BI connected to Snowflake.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with complex formulas/macros.
• Experience with Agile teams and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

As a Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d), you will be part of the Commercial Intelligence Team within our Commercial Analytics unit. You will be responsible for strengthening our analytics capabilities and directly impacting the company's success. In this highly visible role, you will drive the development of analytical products and standards that enable data‑driven pricing, marketing, and revenue decisions across the organization. Working closely with Revenue Management, Commercial Excellence, and Marketing stakeholders, you will translate complex data into actionable insights and scalable, automated solutions that support profitable and sustainable growth.

About the Role

• Proven experience building, maintaining, and optimizing reporting solutions in Power BI and Excel
• Ability to proactively identify new reporting needs and improve existing analytical processes with business stakeholders
• Hands‑on, autonomous, and well‑organized working style suited for a highly visible, impact‑driven role
• Experience translating business questions into insights and clearly communicating findings to non‑technical audiences
• Solid documentation skills to ensure accuracy and transparency of data products and reports
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to support revenue optimization processes, profitability, and sustainable growth

Contribute to advancing the know‑how and skill set within the team through sharing knowledge and best practice.

About You

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst
• Strong SQL skills and hands‑on experience working with Snowflake. Python, Power Platform, Jenkins/GitLab, and VS Code experience is considered an advantage
• Solid experience in building analytical models and reports using Power BI (connected to Snowflake)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and macros. Experience with AI tools will be considered an advantage
• Experience working in Agile team environments, ideally alongside other analysts
• Proven ability to communicate insights effectively to internal and external non‑technical stakeholders
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
