What does our fast-tracked summer recruitment offer?
  • Fast-tracked applications, with responses within 5 working days

  • Flexible interview slots to fit around your schedule; with interview questions in advance as per our standard practices

  • Interview outcomes within 3 working days

  • For successful candidates, £50 off your self-funded training course when you apply through this campaign. Dates available in August and September (all training options subject to availability).

  • Prioritised onboarding and support with paperwork

  • All applications will continue to be subject to our Safer Recruitment Policy

Why join us?

  • Meaningful impact supporting children, young people and their families

  • Ongoing support and supervision from a dedicated Programme Manager

Once our summer campaign is over, we will revert to our usual recruitment cycles. More information on this can be found on our careers pages.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Once trained, Coordinators work impartially with families and their support networks to facilitate decision-making, develop secure action plans, and ensure every voice is heard. Whether your background is in education, emergency or frontline services, youth work, social work, or adult welfare, your skills can be invaluable in empowering families. Find out more about Family Group Conferences on our website.

Our services currently operate in Portsmouth, Reading, Bromley, and Wiltshire, and we are prioritising applications in these areas. However, we also welcome interest from across the South of England. Our fast-tracked summer campaign is specific for those able to work in Reading.

  • Experience in social care or a role that involves problem-solving in sensitive situations

As the role requires a high degree of flexibility and availability, candidates must be able to demonstrate that they can meet these requirements. Applicants should therefore ensure they have sufficient capacity and availability to fulfil the demands of the role before applying.
