Job summary

Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI) is seeking a Driver to safely transport goods, equipment, materials and, when required, staff between company locations. The role supports daily operations, demanding reliability, flexibility and responsibility.

You will work overtime, evenings and weekends as needed and be prepared for travel and overnight stays. A valid driving licence and at least two years of professional driving experience are required. Fluent communication in English or German is expected.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport goods, equipment, materials and employees between company locations and operational sites.

• Support loading and unloading of vehicles when required.
• Ensure transported goods and equipment are properly secured.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and report any issues.
• Keep company vehicles clean, safe and ready for operation.
• Maintain transport documentation and delivery records.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Production and other teams as needed.
• Be flexible with hours and travel, including occasional overnight stays.
• Assist with other operational and logistics-related tasks when required.

Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI) is a newly established German-Ukrainian defense joint venture between Quantum Systems and Frontline Robotics, created under the Build with Ukraine initiative. For the first time, Ukrainian drones will be manufactured on an industrial scale in Europe, combining Ukrainian battlefield-proven technology with German industrial automation to create a new model of cross-border defense co-production: the German Model.

As a Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and reliable transportation of goods, equipment, materials, and, when required, employees between company locations and other operational destinations. Your role supports our daily operations and requires a high level of reliability, flexibility, and responsibility.

Due to the operational nature of the position, you should be prepared to work additional hours when required, including evenings and weekends, as well as travel and stay overnight away from home.

What is your Day-to-Day Mission:

• Safely transport goods, equipment, materials, and employees to required destinations.
• Carry out regular driving assignments between company locations and other operational sites.
• Support the loading and unloading of vehicles when required.
• Ensure transported goods and equipment are properly secured.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and promptly report any technical issues or damage.
• Keep company vehicles clean, safe, and ready for operation.
• Maintain required transport and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate closely with Logistics, Production, Flight Test, and other operational teams.
• Be flexible regarding working hours and be prepared to work overtime, evenings, and weekends when operationally required.
• Be prepared for business travel and occasional overnight stays away from home when assignments require it.
• Support other operational and logistics-related tasks when needed.
