Working field:

We are looking for a dedicated Facility Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the operational management of our properties in Germany and abroad.

Your tasks:
In this role, you will be the central point of contact for all operational incidents, including the resolution of faults and damages. You will play a key role in maintaining seamless operations at our various locations, ensuring that our employees and partners experience a well-functioning and safe working environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies. Your work will include developing and regularly updating building-specific documentation. Sustainability is a core value in our operations, and you will be expected to integrate environmentally responsible practices into all aspects of your work. Since many of our properties are located abroad, a willingness to travel is essential for this position. Requirements:
  • Degree in Facility Management (Bachelors or Masters) or related education
  • Professional experience in facility or property management, ideally with international exposure
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and occasionally to international location
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Structured and solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and internal compliance processes
  • Commitment to sustainability and environmentally responsible practices
