Job Description
  • Responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and functionality of the facility.
  • Lead cost savings initiatives, as well as handling the communication with relevant contractors.
  • Coordinate necessary changes for productions regarding facility management.
  • Ensure the compliance of relevant regulations such as NOM, Environmental Laws, Waste Disposal, etc.
  • Have as direct reports the areas of medical services, HSE, etc.
Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications

  • 3-5 years as Facility Manager with complex buildings in any industry.
  • Intermediate/Advanced English Level.
  • Organizational and Coordination Skills.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Degree in architecture.
  • Knowledge in regulations such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, among others.
  • Use of Software Tools such as Quentic or Enablon.
