Could you be the full-time Facility Management (FM) Leader / Site Security Coordinator in Mannheim, Germany, we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your facility management and security expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and proactive teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and compliance with corporate security policies. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as site management and external FM service providers), oversee performance metrics, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.

You'll specifically take care of managing the FM service provider contract and implementing security policies, but also coordinating FM projects and preparing management communications.

We'll look to you for:

• Managing the FM service contract and acting as the main point of contact between the site and the service provider
• Monitoring KPIs, service quality, and costs
• Conducting monthly cost controls, invoice reviews, and forecasts
• Escalating and resolving operational conflicts with the service provider
• Preparing and supporting audits
  • Developing business cases and improvement plans
  • Coordinating FM projects from planning to completion
  • Implementing and maintaining Alstom's security policies at the site
  • Managing security incidents, including coordination with authorities
  • Building and maintaining a local security network
