ESMC Dresden is seeking a Facility Management Engineer (m/f/d) to establish and manage Facility Management services for our office environment. You will select, implement, and oversee external service providers to ensure high-quality workplace services and a positive employee experience.

You will join ESMC’s Facility Management team, supporting the development of workplace and facility services across our growing operations in Dresden.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Facility Management, Building Services Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management or similar.
• Experience managing external service providers and service contracts.
• Experience in office building operations and workplace services.
• Technical understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, water, or building automation).
• Fluent German and English skills.
