Your Role

As a Facility Engineer working at one of our Data Center Sites in Frankfurt (Sossenheim, Fechenheim, Osthafen), you will provide engineering support for monitoring, planned servicing, and corrective maintenance on a range of critical data center infrastructure and associated equipment. You will manage routine plant inspections, act as a first-line response, and ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and our internal processes and procedures. Additionally, you will conduct vendor management, maximize uptime and SLA (Service Level Agreement), and work on improving PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness).

You will collaborate with external and internal stakeholders such as Service Planning, Security, third-party suppliers, and our customers.

Your Profile

• Experienced in the electrotechnical field, ideally authorized to manage electrical switch operations
• Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in an electrotechnical or industrial/mechanical environment
• Preferred technical skills include operation and maintenance of large-scale electrotechnical systems, mechanical systems, fire detection and suppression systems, conveyor systems (elevators), and technical security systems (CCTV, Access Control)
• Relevant soft skills include self-management, multi-tasking, proactivity, stress resilience, prioritization, risk evaluation, complex problem-solving, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
