TDK-Micronas in Freiburg, Germany, invites you to join our Facilities/Technician Utilities team. You will be responsible for the control, monitoring, and commissioning of supply systems, ensuring reliable operation in a demanding industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Technical training in mechatronics, HVAC, plant mechanics, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial experience in a similar environment is desirable.
• Good knowledge of control technology and pneumatics; basic SAP and MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Control, monitor, and commission supply systems.
• Repair, maintain, and perform corrective maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
• Conduct regular inspection rounds and checks per TA 00060.
• Monitor compliance with specifications and initiate countermeasures for deviations.
• Obtain and compare cost estimates for external repairs.
• Monitor inventory levels for maintenance materials and propose orders.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement improvements in consultation with your supervisor.

Facilities / Technician Utilities Employee (m/f/d)

Including on-call standby (usually 1 week/month)

Your assignment:

• You are responsible for the control, monitoring, and commissioning of supply systems.
• You repair, maintain, and carry out corrective maintenance to ensure the optimal functionality of the systems.
• You independently perform regular inspection rounds and checks in accordance with TA 00060.
• You monitor compliance with specifications and initiate appropriate countermeasures in the event of deviations.
• You obtain and compare cost estimates for external repairs.
• You monitor inventory levels for maintenance materials and submit proposals for ordering.
• You plan, coordinate, and implement improvement and optimization measures in close consultation with your supervisor.

Your Profile:

• You have completed technical training in mechatronics, HVAC (heating, plumbing, refrigeration), plant mechanics, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in a similar environment is desirable.
• You possess good knowledge of control technology and pneumatics, as well as basic knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
• You work responsibly and independently and have a strong hands-on mentality.
• Good written and spoken German skills round off your profile.
