Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Facilities Technician to help maintain and improve our state-of-the-art distribution center. What You’ll Do

As a key member of our facilities team, you’ll be responsible for :

  • Performing repairs and upgrades to buildings and infrastructure
  • Supporting and maintaining fire protection and HVAC systems
  • Maintaining and repairing racking systems and material handling equipment
  • Conducting metal and wood fabrications, including welding
  • Maintaining pneumatic and automated conveyor systems
  • Completing preventative maintenance routines and documentation
  • Managing spare parts inventory and tracking tools
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is :

  • Skilled in mechanical and electrical systems (certifications in electrical work required)
  • Experienced with HVAC, pneumatics, and automated systems
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • A strong communicator with peers, management, and vendors

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Degree or certification from a vocational school in Mechanical or Electrical fields
  • Apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on experience

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks (bending, kneeling, standing, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in varied conditions (hot / cold, dusty, noisy, confined spaces)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations
