ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Facilities Project Manager, you will support and drive projects related to our Facilities (as primary focus) and more widely, initiatives in the field of Workplace (including Real Estate) strategies.

You will play a key role in maintaining Audible as a great place to work, delivering exceptional experiences for both our internal partners and external clients. Your efforts will align with Audible's Culture and People Principles. Reporting to our Berlin Real Estate and Workplace lead, you will be part of our People & Places team, working closely with our Global teams.

ABOUT YOU

You will leverage your strong experience in facilities and real estate to support critical projects within the Places Team. You are energetic, proactive, and possess a strong sense of ownership. You excel at project management and enjoy working across different functions and stakeholders.

This position is initially offered as a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension to 24 months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the implementation of projects related to our Workplace strategy for the Berlin campus.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and resolve issues or roadblocks, propose solutions, and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment and effective communication across workstreams.
  • Support facilities-related aspects such as budgeting, timelines, invoicing, and cost management.
  • Assist the team lead and provide coverage for BAU tasks during absences.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Experience managing facilities services in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Experience overseeing building operations, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Business fluency in German and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of critical office infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
  • Real Estate asset management experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, agile, matrix environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
