Qualifikationen

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join our Integrated Facilities Management team in Dusseldorf.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior customer service to meet onsite clients' expectations.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure a clean and organized office.
  • Schedule and manage repairs and maintenance swiftly and track to completion.
  • Respond to all work orders in a timely manner ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer service.
  • Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors' works).
  • Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures on site are in place and working.
  • Assist in carrying out safety procedures when needed.
  • Assist in the implementation of Industry Best Practice operations.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times.
  • Maintain premises in neat and good working condition.
  • Manage the Corrigo Helpdesk platform by creating, receiving work requests, assigning work orders, and following up requests to completion.
  • Provide support with annual audits (Ecometrica JCAP Green & Productive).
  • Update regularly the Client Compliance & EHS pages relating to your region with annual maintenance reports and statutory documentation.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets.
  • Be flexible in approach and cover key tasks for the FM and FA on site as required (with hands-on support for greeting visitors and assisting with answering any switchboard calls if needed).
  • Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards and service excellence.
  • Assist in the implementation and management of property risk management program.
Your Profile:
  • Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous.
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air Conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system) is advantageous.
  • Problem-solving skills, capacity to deal with ambiguity, and solve complex problems effectively.
  • The ability to effectively deal with stressful situations.
  • The ability to work autonomously.
  • Speak fluent English and German.
