Zusammenfassung

ZIMMERMANN PV-Steel Group in Germany is seeking a Facilities & Building Management professional to ensure a welcoming, well‑maintained site for staff, visitors and guests. You will oversee kitchens and communal areas, procure beverages and snacks, support meetings, maintain outdoor spaces, and coordinate external service providers.

The role requires reliability, a hands-on approach and strong teamwork to keep the site in top condition, with a permanent, full-time contract at our Oberessendorf

Qualifikationen

• Ideally experience in the hotel industry, catering, housekeeping or a similar service role.
• Independent and reliable approach to work.
• Strong sense of order, cleanliness and organisation.
• Friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Hands-on approach, initiative and ability to work as part of a team.
• Good communication with staff and service providers.
• A Class B driving licence is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Ensuring order, cleanliness and a well-maintained appearance in kitchens, staff lounges, meeting rooms and communal areas.
• Procuring and supplying food and drink, such as beverages, snacks, fruit and coffee.
• Preparing for and supporting meetings and internal events.
• Maintaining the outdoor areas, including regular inspection rounds, looking after outdoor furniture and carrying out seasonal tasks.
• Coordinating external service providers, e.g. for garden maintenance, winter services or other maintenance work.
• Maintaining the pond and ensuring order and cleanliness across the entire premises.

The company headquarters are located in Oberessendorf, directly on the B30 motorway between Biberach and Ravensburg.
