We are actively interviewing Full-Time Facilities Associates.

Shift 1: 7:00am to 4:00pm or Shift 2: 8:00am to 5:00pm

The Facilities Associate is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance within the assigned location to ensure a clean and sanitary environment. The Facilities Associate will keep premises of office building or other commercial or institutional building in clean and orderly condition by performing the following job responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Empty trash and recycling.
2. Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces.
3. Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas.
4. Clean the entire restroom by utilizing disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock restroom supplies as needed, remove the trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, and sweep and/or wet mop floors.
5. This includes but is not limited to hand tools, motorized equipment, and chemical and cleaning utensils to address specific work assignments.
6. Ensure all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area.
7. Keep closets clean, neat and orderly.
8. Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned by the lead and/or Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 1 year of cleaning experience, preferred.
2. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
