Job Description:

We are seeking a Fachkraft (m/w/d) für Arbeitssicherheit Montage to oversee safety tasks on our construction sites. Responsibilities include:

1. Supervising operations in accordance with DGUV V2 and ASiG standards.
2. Implementing legal and internal safety requirements.
3. Advising management on safety matters.
4. Investigating work accidents and recommending measures.
5. Conducting, coordinating, and documenting inspections, risk assessments, and safety training.
6. Assisting in preparing safety documentation such as operational instructions and training materials.
7. Supporting technical projects and arranging medical check-ups for early detection of health issues.

Qualifications include a technical or scientific degree or equivalent, safety specialist training, experience with risk assessments and accident investigations, and a valid Class B driver’s license. Proficiency in MS Office and Teams is required. The candidate should demonstrate teamwork, analytical skills, independence, communication strength, and assertiveness.
