We are seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) for our Friedrichsdorf location.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct mass production trials (FDPR) on lines, prepare reports, and implement actions to enhance line output.
2. Lead projects with adherence to industrial timelines.
3. Assess equipment and process capabilities, update follow-up plans, and coordinate related actions.
4. Collect and analyze line performance data (cycle times, downtime, etc.).
5. Manage spare parts inventory.
6. Lead maintenance-related productivity improvements and QRQC processes.
7. Implement and oversee Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to optimize equipment performance (MTTR, MTBF, TRP).
8. Participate in the development of new equipment and modifications of existing equipment.
9. Design small tools and validate supplier proposals.

Qualifications:

• Studies in Electronics Engineering or related fields.
• Knowledge of quality tools.
• Interest in shopfloor industrial activities and innovative technology.
• Excellent communication skills and quick comprehension.
• Fluency in German and English.
