Job Description:

We are seeking engaged and motivated individuals to join our innovative team as Vorarbeiter / Baustellenleiter / Maschinenführer (m/w/d). Our company specializes in manufacturing and installing noise barriers with a focus on green systems, aiming to create a quieter and more livable environment through ecological projects across Germany and beyond.

After comprehensive training, your responsibilities will include leading a team of 3-6 workers, organizing daily construction activities, operating and maintaining modern construction machinery, ensuring construction complies with plans and safety standards, and communicating progress to project management and clients. The ideal candidate will have a completed craft apprenticeship (e.g., in construction, machinery operation, civil engineering), some experience in supervisory roles or machine operation, physical resilience, willingness to travel, teamwork skills, responsibility, reliability, and independence.

We offer a permanent full-time position with a relaxed working environment, attractive salary plus holiday and Christmas bonuses, paid travel expenses, a company car, free accommodation (single rooms), high-quality work clothing, and a daily allowance of 28.00€ net.
