Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bauwesen, Maschinenbetrieb oder im Tiefbau.
• Erfahrung als Vorarbeiter, Supervisor, Baustellenleiter oder Maschinenführer wünschenswert.
• Physische Belastbarkeit, Reisebereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit.

Aufgaben

• Leiten von Facharbeitern (3-6 Kollegen).
• Organisieren und Überwachen der täglichen Baustellenaktivitäten.
• Betrieb und Wartung moderner Baumaschinen.
• Umsetzen von Bauplänen unter Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsstandards.
• Dokumentation des Baufortschritts und Kommunikation mit der Projektleitung und den Kunden.

Vorarbeiter / Baustellenleiter / Maschinenführer (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities after thorough training:

• Leading skilled workers (3-6 colleagues)
• Organizing and supervising daily construction site activities
• Operating and maintaining modern construction machinery
• Implementing construction plans while adhering to all safety standards
• Documenting construction progress and communicating with project management and clients

Your profile:

• Completed skilled trade training (e.g., construction, machine operation, civil engineering)
• Experience as foreman, supervisor, site manager, or machine operator is desirable
• Physical resilience, willingness to travel, and teamwork skills
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, and ability to work independently
