Qualifikationen

We are looking for:

Vorarbeiter / Baustellenleiter / Maschinenführer (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities after comprehensive training:

• Leading skilled workers (3-6 colleagues)
• Organizing and supervising daily construction site operations
• Operating and maintaining modern construction machinery
• Implementing construction plans while adhering to all safety standards
• Documenting construction progress and communicating with project management and clients

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training (e.g., in construction, machinery operation, civil engineering)
• Some experience as foreman, supervisor, construction manager, or machinery operator preferred
• Physical resilience, willingness to travel, and teamwork skills
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, and independent working style
