Your Role

As our F&B Product and Category Manager, you will own the entire food & beverage portfolio—from core menu strategy to seasonal innovations. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with our founder, you’ll turn insights into crave-worthy products, oversee launches from pitch deck to in-store rollout, and ensure every item delights guests while driving healthy margins. Simply put, you’ll be the tastemaker guiding LAP Coffee’s F&B future.

Responsibilities

  • Own Product Strategy & Research – Set the vision for beverages, food, and category expansion. Define pricing, margin targets, and assortment architecture; craft clear briefs and decks.
  • Performance Reporting & Insights – Translate sales data, customer feedback, and operational input into actionable recommendations that sharpen our menu and drive revenue growth.
  • Seasonal & Evergreen Launches – Lead cross-functional work-streams (Ops, Marketing, Supply Chain, Training) to deliver flawless, on-time launches—every season, every store.
  • Supplier Selection & Negotiation – Source best-in-class suppliers, strike commercially smart deals, and safeguard scalable supply for growth.
  • Customer & Market Insight Development – Partner with local marketing and strategy teams to surface consumer trends, taste shifts, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Innovation & Trend Spotting – Keep our menu vibrant by scouting global trends, and testing prototypes with internal and external partners.
  • Performance Metrics & Reviews – Own KPI dashboards (sales, COGS, operational simplicity) and run regular review sessions with P&L owners.
  • Cultural Leadership – Champion an “all-things-F&B” mindset across the company—sharing industry news, hosting tastings, and fuelling team passion.
  • Brand Ambassadorship – Engage directly with guests and frontline teams to gather feedback, build advocacy, and close the loop on product improvements.
