Qualifikationen

We’re looking for a committed, inspiring and experienced Food & Beverage Manager (m/f/d) to join our team.

YOUR ROLE – CLEARLY DEFINED, PURPOSEFULLY EXECUTED

• Lead, motivate and develop the entire F&B service team

• Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between kitchen and service for an exceptional guest experience

• Plan shifts, vacations, training, and daily operations

• Uphold quality standards and HACCP compliance at all times

• Oversee cost control, budgeting, and forecasting

• Maintain and grow strong supplier relationships

• Continuously improve processes and shape the future of our F&B offering

WHAT YOU BRING – EXPERTISE WITH PERSONALITY

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in the F&B sector, ideally in upscale hospitality

• A true host with a sense of elegance and authenticity

• Structured and business-minded work approach with an eye for detail and guest satisfaction

• Passion for culinary innovation, trends, and premium service

• Confident using POS systems like and MS Office

• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus

• Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a positive, team-oriented mindset
