Qualifikationen

Your Role

As Techbio Innovation Strategist you will have the unique opportunity to join an exciting project combining strategic consultancy in the healthcare sector with hands-on engagement in the start-up and Techbio ecosystem.

• Join as one of the founding team members shaping the future of Ignition Labs, the Techbio innovation platform.
• Work on consulting projects in the life science sector with a focus on innovation, artificial intelligence and data.
• Design actionable roadmaps for clients to adopt a Techbio mindset, leveraging AI and GenAI.
• Identify and build strategic partnerships with pharma companies, academic institutions, hospitals, data providers, etc.
• Identify and mentor start-ups with disruptive potential in Techbio applying AI technologies to solve life science problems.
• Evaluate start-ups’ tech and market fit, ensuring alignment with trends and opportunities in the broader Techbio landscape.
• Act as an entrepreneur, continuously improving & developing the Ignition Labs program.

Your Skillset

• 2+ years consulting experience in a top-tier consulting firm with a passion for life science.
• A tech-savvy mindset - some consulting experience in areas like AI, data science and big data is a plus.
• Strategic problem-solver with outstanding analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Team player and passion for start-ups and innovation. Hands-on experience in venture building or start-up mentoring is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
