Qualifikationen

• Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Über ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Zollabwicklung und Exportkontrolle.

Aufgaben

• Überwachung der Exportkontrollgesetze und -vorschriften.
• Unterstützung und Schulung relevanter Geschäftsbereiche.
• Vorbereitung der Exportdokumentation für rechtzeitige Zollabfertigung.

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Export Control Specialist" (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

1. Continuously monitor the evolution of export control laws and regulations (including ITAR and EAR) and liaise with relevant authorities.
2. Provide ongoing advice, support, and training to relevant business functions.
3. Maintain intelligence on end-use countries or customers.
4. Improve export control performance through training and surveys.
5. Support and coordinate supply chain actions.
6. Implement Airbus directives and methods.
7. Define, update, and enforce export control processes.
8. Prepare export control documentation for timely export clearance.
9. Monitor and update lists of restricted products, documentation, and components.
10. Manage export license applications, physical checks, classification, administration, and sanctions.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Over one year of professional experience in customer service.
• Several years of experience in customs clearance and export control.
• Basic process management knowledge.
• Good knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace.
• Basic German language skills.
