Responsibilities
  • Become part of our team as Export Control Compliance Manager with responsibility for compliance with global export control regulations and policies.
  • Implementation and monitoring of the requirements for the Global Standards and Procedures within the area of responsibility.
  • Consulting on all Export Control related questions in Germany.
  • Support internal & external audits and actively monitor export control law changes.
  • Utilize knowledge for export Control Classification based on US, EU law (dual use and military) and license determination and application.
  • Continuously monitor business activities with special focus on circumvention and review and release of business models or individual transactions.
Qualifications
  • Education: completed university degree in business administration or business law or a comparable subject.
  • Experience and Knowledge: proven knowledge of export controls and professional experience in foreign trade; familiarity with ERP systems and strong IT proficiency (Office, SAP, etc.).
  • Personality and Working Practice: confident and dependable team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; cross-functional team spirit and strong compliance mindset; structured, quality-driven, and results-oriented manner complemented by strong analytical skills.
  • Work Routine: flexible and mobile work; 2-3 days per week on-site.
  • Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English and German.

*In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 86.000 EUR for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the eligibility requirements based on collective agreements) in the case of a comprehensive execution of job requirements. In addition, there is an individual, performance-related pay, a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
