Qualifikationen

Responsibilities:
  • Become part of our team as Export Control Compliance Manager with responsibility for compliance with global export control regulations and policies.
  • Implementation and monitoring of the requirements for the Global Standards and Procedures within the area of responsibility.
  • Consulting on all Export Control related questions in Germany.
  • Support internal & external audits and actively monitor national export control law changes.
  • Use knowledge for export Control Classification based on US, EU and national law (dual use and military) and license determination and application.
  • Continuously monitor business activities with special focus on circumvention and review and release of business models or individual transactions.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Education: Completed university degree in Business Administration, Business Law or a comparable subject.
  • Experience and Knowledge: Proven knowledge of export controls and professional experience in foreign trade; familiarity with ERP systems and strong IT proficiency (Office, SAP, etc.).
  • Personality and Working Practice: Confident and dependable team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; cross-functional team spirit and a strong compliance mindset; structured, quality-driven, results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Languages: Business fluent in written and spoken English and German.
Work Routine:

We work flexibly and mobile, 2-3 days per week we are together on site.

Salary and Benefits:
  • In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 117.000 EUR for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the company´s eligibility requirements). The individual salary depends on your job-specific experience. In addition, you will receive a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
