Qualifikationen

  • Nachgewiesene Kenntnisse im Exportrecht und Erfahrung im Außenhandel.

Responsibilities
  • Become part of our team as Export Control Compliance Manager with responsibility for compliance with global export control regulations and policies.
  • Responsible for implementation and monitoring of the requirements for the Global Standards and Procedures within the area of responsibility.
  • Consult on all Export Control related questions in Germany.
  • Support internal & external audits and actively monitor export control law changes.
  • Utilize knowledge for export Control Classification based on US, EU law (dual use and military) and license determination and application.
  • Continuously monitor business activities with special focus on circumvention and review and release of business models or individual transactions.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completed university degree in Business Administration, Business Law or a comparable subject.
  • Experience and Knowledge: Proven knowledge of export controls and professional experience in foreign trade; familiarity with ERP systems and strong IT proficiency (Office, SAP, etc.).
  • Personality and Working Practice: Confident and dependable team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; brings a cross-functional team spirit and a strong compliance mindset; with intercultural experience, works in a structured, quality-driven, and results-oriented manner, complemented by strong analytical skills.
  • Work Routine: Flexible and mobile work, 2-3 days per week on-site.
  • Languages: Business fluent in written and spoken English and German.

*In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 117.000 EUR for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the company’s eligibility requirements). The individual salary depends on your job-specific experience. In addition, you will receive a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
