Qualifikationen

Job Description
  • Become part of our team as Export Control Compliance Manager with responsibility for compliance with global export control regulations and policies.
  • Also, you will be responsible for implementation and monitoring of the requirements for the Global Standards and Procedures within the area of responsibility.
  • You will be in charge for the consulting of all Export Control related questions in Germany.
  • Also you will support internal & external audits and you have an active role in monitoring of national export control law changes.
  • Use your knowledge for export Control Classification based on US, EU and national law (dual use and military) and license determination and application.
  • Finally, you will continuously monitor the business activities with special focus on circumvention and review and release of business models or individual transactions.
Qualifications
  • Education: completed university degree in Business Administration, Business Law or a comparable subject
  • Experience and Knowledge: proven knowledge of export controls and professional experience in foreign trade; familiarity with ERP systems and strong IT proficiency (Office, SAP, etc.)
  • Personality and Working Practice: you are a confident and dependable team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you bring a cross-functional team spirit and a strong compliance mindset; with intercultural experience, you work in a structured, quality-driven, and results-oriented manner, complemented by strong analytical skills
  • Work Routine: we work flexibly and mobile, 2-3 days per week we are together on site
  • Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English and German
  • In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 117.000 EUR for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the company’s eligibility requirements). The individual salary depends on your job-specific experience. In addition, you will receive a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
