Responsibilities:

• Review complex construction documents for the manufacturing and equipment of submarine sections and independently ensure technical feasibility in collaboration with interface partners (e.g., design, procurement, construction support, IT).
• Serve as a technical contact point and support the responsible area in the fabrication and equipment of piping systems for submarines.
• Define technical qualification profiles and align them with master craftsmen (m/f/d).
• Develop basic technical series sequences and check for planning disruptions.
• Create work instructions to ensure quality standards and conduct specialized training.
• Participate in rough planning of work preparation, project estimation, and projects.
• Lead projects related to Q-report creation and error analysis.
• Provide technical advice on occupational safety.
• Assist in creating hazard analyses.

Profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial or crafts master (m/f/d) in the metal sector or possess an equivalent qualification.
• Have several years of experience in submarine construction/shipbuilding/plant engineering or demonstrate comparable process knowledge of mechanical equipment in these fields.
• Possess excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Show initiative, assertiveness, and improvisation skills.
• Convince with team spirit, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to different interlocutors.
• Bring conceptual thinking and creativity to develop technical and operational innovations.
