Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Review complex construction documents for the mechanical fabrication and equipment of submarine sections, ensuring technical feasibility in collaboration with interfaces such as design, procurement, construction supervision, and IT.
• Serve as a contact for technical matters and support electronic fabrication and equipment of submarine sections.
• Develop basic technical series sequences and review planning for potential issues.
• Create work instructions to ensure quality standards and conduct specialized training.
• Assist in rough planning of work preparation, project costing, and participate in projects.
• Lead projects related to Q-reports and error analyses.
• Provide technical advice on occupational safety.
• Define technical qualification profiles and coordinate these with master craftsmen (m/w/d).

Profile:

• Vocational training as an industrial or craft master (m/w/d) in mechatronics, metalworking, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in submarine construction, shipbuilding, or similar, with process knowledge in these areas.
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proactive, assertive, and resourceful.
• Team-oriented, communicative, and adaptable to different interlocutors.
• Conceptual thinking and creativity, with a focus on developing technical and operational innovations.
