Responsibilities:

• Review complex construction documents for the mechanical fabrication and equipment of submarine sections and independently ensure technical feasibility in collaboration with interface partners (e.g., design, procurement, construction support, IT).
• Serve as a technical contact and support electronic fabrication and equipment of submarine sections.
• Develop fundamental technical production sequences and check for planning disruptions.
• Create work instructions to ensure quality standards and conduct specialized training.
• Participate in rough planning of work preparation, project costing, and project management.
• Lead projects related to Q-reports and fault analysis.
• Provide technical advice on occupational safety.
• Define technical qualification profiles and coordinate these with master craftsmen (m/w/d).

Profile:

• Completed vocational training as an industrial or craft master (m/w/d) in mechatronics, metalworking, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in submarine construction, shipbuilding, or similar, with process knowledge in these areas.
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proactive, assertive, and resourceful.
• Strong team spirit, communication skills, and ability to adapt quickly to different interlocutors.
• Conceptual thinking and creativity, with a focus on developing technical and operational innovations.
