This advertisement covers three positions at our Wismar site. By 2029, we aim to create a total of 1,500 new jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Review complex construction documents for the mechanical manufacturing and equipment of submarine sections and independently ensure technical feasibility in collaboration with interface partners (e.g., design, procurement, construction support, IT).
- Serve as a contact for technical matters and support electronic manufacturing and equipment of submarine sections.
- Develop basic technical series sequences and check for potential disruptions in planning.
- Create work instructions to ensure quality standards and conduct specialized training.
- Assist in rough planning of work preparation, project costing, and participate in projects.
- Lead projects related to Q-reports and fault analysis.
- Provide expert advice on occupational safety.
- Define technical qualification profiles and coordinate with master craftsmen (m/f/d).
Profile:
- Completed vocational training as an industrial or craft master (m/f/d) in mechatronics, metal, or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in submarine construction, shipbuilding, or related fields, with process knowledge in these areas.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- High initiative, assertiveness, and improvisational skills.
- Strong team spirit, communication skills, and adaptability to different interlocutors.
- Conceptual thinking and creativity, with the ability to develop technical and operational innovations.
