Qualifikationen

Become ourExpert Transfer Pricing (m/f/d) atKWS Berlin GmbHwhere your strategic brilliance will redefine global financial landscapes. Unleash your expertise to optimize pricing structures, drive seamless international transactions, and be at the forefront of shaping a tax-savvy future!This position oversees global operational business models, ensures transfer pricing compliance, develops risk management systems, and manages tax interests in audits and negotiations worldwide, collaborating with external partners.

This positionis unlimited and on an either full-time or part-time basis and located in Berlin.

Make an impact:

  • Designing guidelines tailored for tax auditors, operational teams (including controlling and accounting), and ensuring per-transaction TP model development
  • Operationalize TP guidelines through RACI charts, swim lane diagrams, and activity splits, while defining and implementing TP-relevant data processes and specialized IT tools
  • Provide support and guidance to the Controlling department, including the implementation of software solutions for TP setting and margin monitoring, segmentation of profit & loss statements, ex-ante vs. outcome testing approach, and quarterly/annual margin monitoring
  • Facilitate the recalculating of TPs using forecasts and the overwriting of new TPs in the ERP system for enhanced financial control
  • Prepare world-wide consistent master files, local files, Country-by-Country Reporting, and TP forms, including DAC6 compliance, while actively collecting and testing data such as inter-company matrices and segmented profit & loss accounts.
  • Protection against penalties and double taxation through proactive measures like unilateral or multilateral advanced pricing agreements (APA), while also defensively managing (joint) tax audits, objections, and reactivating strategies such as mutual agreement procedures (MAP) and litigation

Bring your strength:

  • University degree in Economics, Law, or comparable field
  • Solid professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a multi-national group or a Big4 tax advisory
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Deep transfer pricing knowledge
  • Committed, assertive, effective, self-disciplined and confident
  • High level of internal and external customer focus
