• You develop a marketing strategy for strategically important agencies and nonendemic partners and lead it to success.
• Focusing and negotiating on top marketing and agency budgets outside of existing WKZ funds are among your most important activities.
• You interpret the agencies' wishes and link them to MediaMarktSaturn's advertising and revenue targets.
• To negotiate the corresponding budgets, you use various digital marketing channels with an extremely strong focus on databased and scalable retail media products (e.g., sponsored product / brand ad reporting, etc. in conjunction with other trade marketing advertising products such as banners, newsletters, Google Shopping, display, social, etc.).
• You act as an interface between various internal departments, other Group countries, external agencies, and advertising partners.
• As an expert (m / f / d), together with two other colleagues, you will take on the professional task of training and motivating the entire sales team to market the new advertising products professionally. You will always keep an eye on the targets and milestones, and together with your colleagues, you will be jointly responsible for achieving the targets and be the first point of contact (m / f / d).

Your Profile

• You have a degree in business administration, e.g., with a focus on (trade) marketing or comparable commercial training with appropriate further training and skills.
• You have several years of experience in digital marketing as well as relevant experience in negotiating with global very large advertising partners and agencies.
• You are no stranger to retail media and the advertising products behind it, and you have good contacts with decision-makers at agencies and advertisers through your previous role.
• You work in a goal-oriented and very independent manner at eye level with the marketing experts of our partners and our international colleagues.
• You are a team player (m / f / d) with a hands-on mentality and a high degree of initiative and have initial professional management experience.
• Fluency in German and English as well as the MS Office package are a matter of course for you.
