Responsibilities
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for long-term partnerships in the insurance sector.
  • Design and implement a data model to evaluate strategic partnerships (operational reporting, premium tracking, etc.).
  • Establish a joint budget planning process to achieve set goals.
  • Responsible for business development and systematic analysis/evaluation of new insurance products.
Profile
  • Several years of experience in business development and partner management.
  • Knowledge in insurance, insurance brokerage, and regulation is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of IT interface integration.
  • Experience in budget planning, modeling business cases.
  • Fluent in English and German (German as working language).
  • Good analytical skills and a solid understanding of numbers and processes.
  • Assertiveness and negotiation skills.
  • Strong affinity for numbers and reports.
  • Good self-organization, motivation, and implementation skills.
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
