Your Tasks

• Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS to ensure transparent and accurate presentation of the financial position
• Development and assessment of stakeholder-oriented accounting and valuation memos according to HGB and IFRS to ensure well-founded and comprehensible decisions
• Preparation, expansion, and interpretation of business analyses as well as analysis of financial and performance indicators to support corporate management
• Optimization of existing process flows and booking logics, as well as support in the implementation of corporate law changes to increase the efficiency of financial reporting
• Participation in cross-departmental projects, assumption of project management responsibilities, and presentation of results in a convincing and target group-oriented manner
• Responsibility for close coordination with auditors and ensuring smooth and timely audit processes

Your Profile

• Completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on accounting or financial reporting
• Solid professional experience in accounting and valuation in accordance with HGB and IFRS, including balance sheet analysis; practical experience in handling HGB and IFRS accounting standards, preferably gained in auditing
• Excellent user skills in MS Office, especially Excel, as well as confident preparation of complex data; knowledge of SAP FI and SAP BI as additional technical expertise
• Strong analytical thinking and sound judgment; goal-oriented, structured, and precise working style
• Team orientation, sense of responsibility, and high accuracy and diligence in working with figures
• Very good command of German as well as confident and clear communication skills in English, both spoken and written
