Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• In this position, you are responsible for the procurement of staffing services for the main organization in Stuttgart and for Europe-wide projects.
• You will be responsible for setting up and onboarding new suppliers and further developing the existing supplier management system.
• The execution of tenders and contract negotiations (framework agreements, service- and work contracts) are also part of your duties, along with creating purchase orders, managing accounts payable, and invoice verification.
• You will serve as an important interface with external personnel departments for employee leasing as well as with various internal departments and project managers.

Show your expertise

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in staffing services.
• You have several years of professional experience in the relevant field, preferably from a plant engineering environment.
• You are fluent in German and English, with advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
• You enjoy taking responsibility for complex tasks and projects and appreciate a process-oriented, flexible way of working.
• You can remain calm under stress and maintain a customer-oriented approach.
• You are a good networker and enjoy working in teams.
• You are eager to learn new things and act flexibly to achieve goals.
