About the Role

We are seeking an Expert Product Manager to take ownership of key products within our large-scale smart factory. You will drive product vision, development, and live production support, with a deep understanding of complex production processes and value chain interdependencies. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, operations, supply chain, research, and sales teams, you will ensure product success from concept to delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, data-driven environments and understands manufacturing at scale.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end product development, focusing on process creation and improvement
• Translate business needs into clear product vision, roadmaps, and requirements
• Align product goals with business objectives, operational efficiency, and customer needs
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to build and launch solutions
• Use data and user feedback for decision-making and product improvement
• Maintain transparency and alignment through documentation and communication
• Document processes and support documentation efforts
• Champion agile and user-centered practices
• Identify opportunities to optimize product performance across the value chain
• Develop understanding of production processes, material flow, and equipment capabilities
• Work with production teams to align product decisions with factory realities
• Lead standardization, complexity reduction, and cost optimization initiatives

What You Bring

• 6+ years in product management, preferably in B2B, enterprise, or platform environments
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with ERP, MES, Logistics, or manufacturing software
• Proven success in managing complex initiatives with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills backed by data
• Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder alignment
• Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• User-centric mindset with a focus on delivering business value
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, uncertain environments
• Strong process orientation and attention to detail
• Process mapping skills, particularly BPMN
