We are looking for an Expert Materials Management (f/m/d)for our Office inRatingen- join our team now!

You are part of our Supply Chain Team and will be creating workflows and processes for our Supply Planning across the EMEA region.

Your Scope:

  • Drive the continuous improvement of our SAP ERP 6.0 processes and play a key role in a potential S/4HANA migration project.
  • Develop and implement innovative workflows and tracking tools to enhance supply planning, demand forecasting, and overall efficiency.
  • Act as the go-to expert (Key-User) for SAP and Tableau, creating insightful reports and improving the use of existing databases.
  • Lead and support critical supply chain projects across the EMEA region from initiation to successful completion.
  • Deeply analyze demand trends to refine and improve our purchasing forecasts in close collaboration with demand planners.
  • Foster clear and effective cross-functional communication within our international team to ensure seamless operations.

What you should bring to the table:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent vocational training, coupled with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SAP (MM/SD, with MRP being a significant advantage) and MS Office, particularly Excel (VBA skills are a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, accurate, and highly organized work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus), with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, demonstrating reliability and a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • A proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive improvements in a complex, international environment.
