Your Tasks

  • Manage and optimise day-to-day loyalty programme operations across all channels and systems
  • Serve as main point of contact for hotels: providing training, support, and motivation to maximise programme performance
  • Maintain and improve systems and processes (e.g. member communications, enrolment, point redemption, tier management)
  • Monitor KPIs and member engagement; identify trends and opportunities to improve programme results
  • Act as the voice of the member in internal discussions to ensure guest-centric operations
  • Identify and lead improvements to streamline operations and automate manual processes

Your Profile

  • Operational experience in hospitality, ideally in front office, reservations, guest services, or loyalty
  • Knowledge of loyalty programmes or CRM tools is highly desirable
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend solutions
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across teams and stakeholders
