We are looking for a new team member who likes to make a difference and move things forward in a dynamic, international environment. Our IT Analytics Department creates and supports the reporting, planning and analytics applications of HUGO BOSS. Together with our business departments, we develop solutions for operational to management information needs in the areas of Business Intelligence, Reporting, Planning, Data Warehousing and Advanced Analytics.

In your daily work, you will manage important topics to constantly improve our analytics applications and technologies and contribute to the innovative focus of the company.

What you can expect:

• UI design and implementation with the latest technologies (such as SAP Analytics Cloud) for use cases from operational reporting to top management dashboards and mobile apps
• Expansion and continuous improvement of the UI and reporting landscape of HUGO BOSS
• Technical analysis and conception for complex scenarios as well as the development of architectures, conventions and implementation guidelines for the Analytics Systems
• Supervision of the Analytics Innovation Initiatives by scouting, prototyping and introduction of new and innovative technologies
• Collaboration on global analytics projects in cross-functional (often agile) project teams, as well as management of or cooperation on technical development projects
• Integration, maintenance and support of the UI and reporting solutions in the central system landscape of HUGO BOSS
  

Your profile:

• Completed degree of Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable education
• Min. 2 years of professional experience in an Analytics environment, as well as experience in the implementation of Analytics solutions with SAP technologies
• Very good technical knowledge in various frontend technologies (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, MS Power BI, Tableau, QlikView,…)
• Good knowledge and experience in procedural or object-oriented programming with ABAP, SQL, JavaScript or similar programming languages
• Very good English skills (at least B2 level)
• Flexibility, commitment and initiative
• Strong communication personality with high service and team orientation
