    We are looking for an

    Expert Integrated Management System, Governance and Risk m/f/t

    RWE Generation SE , Netherlands, Germany

    Starting date: as soon as possible , full time, permanent

    Funktional area: Power plants

    Remuneration: Tariff/non tariff

    The Strategy, Governance & Risk Management unit is responsible for the standardization of overarching regulations, processes and systems for the gas, biomass, hydro & storage and hydrogen technologies . We are the drivers of continuous improvement in the context of ISO standards and support the operational areas with regard to the consistency and effectiveness of their processes. We work in a customer-oriented and cross-national manner; continuous training is a matter of course.

    Your future plans

    • Advising and supporting the operational business units of RWE Generation in the maintenance and further development of processes, in particular for continuous improvement and compliance with external requirements.
    • Support of the operatioal business in maintaining compliance with ISO standards such as quality and asset management, environment, energy or health and safety management.
    • Administration and coordination of company-wide documents and processes, including support of the operations in the use of the respective IT systems (like process management tool and document management system) and support harmonization efforts between the countries NL, DE, UK
    • Supporting NL business in administration of NL documents in the RWE document management system.
    • Coordination of activities to maintain and extend certifications of the integrated management system.
    • Execution of internal management system audits regarding environment, health & safety, energy, quality or information security in Germany, the Netherlands, Great Britain and Turkey.
    • Conducting trainings for internal auditors, management system representatives and executives as well as ongoing development of own knowledge.
    • Coordinate all work required to operate the biomass plants in accordance with the standards required for SDE+ subsidy: GGL, SBP, FSC, PEFC and Better-Biomass.
    • Takeover of independent task packages or independent (sub) project management for organizational projects including communication of the same to executives and, if applicable, the board of directors.

    Your powerful skills

    • Degree in e.g. engineering, natural sciences, industrial engineering (a technical education is an advantage).
    • You have affinity with and knowledge of management systems and process management especially in quality, risk or asset management.
    • You think in a customer-oriented way, you like to communicate in a precise and target group oriented way.
    • You work accurately and have excellent skills in the MS Office applications like Word, Power Point and Excel.
    • You are fluent in written and spoken English.
    • You are committed, open-minded, able to organise yourself and demonstrate a high degree of independence in achieving goals.
    • You are open to change and new developments and willing to work in an international environment.

    Advantage, not a must
