What we will achieve together

  • Manage learning management systems (LMS), including planning, implementation, and monitoring progress
  • Design, roll out, and administer LMS offerings (e-learning, classroom training, webinars, workshops, and blended learning)
  • Stakeholder management: support and expand our subject matter expert network (consistent communication, regular status meetings)
  • Coordinate content creation by internal teams and third parties
  • Create and track project plans, schedules, and project status reports, including key performance indicators
  • Manage change requests and scope adherence
  • Oversee system customizations and coordinate customer-specific implementations and customer-driven standard enhancements
  • Migrate and systematically structure data as needed
  • Support topics in the area of HR Development & Culture as needed
