Join our dynamic team at HUGO BOSS as an Expert in HR Digitalization, focusing on SuccessFactors Employee Central. We are seeking a talented individual to drive innovation and excellence in our HR processes.

We offer this position at an employment level of minimum 30 hours per week.

This is a temporary role limited until June 30, 2028.

What you can expect:

  • Requirements Analysis & Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
  • Process Definition & Implementation: Define and implement HR processes related to SAP Employee Central.
  • Technical Assessment & Consulting: Offer expert technical advice and assessments to enhance HR digitalization strategies.
  • Testing & Configuration: Lead rigorous testing and configuration efforts to guarantee seamless system integration and functionality.
  • Training & Go-Live Support: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for key users and provide support during the Go-Live phase.
  • Process Operations: Oversee the efficient operation and continuous improvement of HR processes within SAP Employee Central.


Your profile:

  • Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in digitalization projects and SuccessFactors environments.
  • Expertise: Must have deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC); additional skills in Reporting & Analytics and/or digital document management are highly desirable.
  • International Experience: Experience working in an international environment is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are a must to effectively collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is essential.
